Why is DenverWorks taking The Leap? How can you be a part of bringing More Hope to More People?
In 2010, DenverWorks will celebrate its 15th Anniversary. This special time will bring many changes and new opportunities our way. Over the past 15 years, we have been able to serve nearly 19,000 clients! There is no doubt that 2010 will bring many more clients through our doors, giving us the priviledge to enable jobseekers to fulfill their potential and realize the success God intended for them.
- In December 2009, we were given the opportunity to expand into larger office space to accomodate our rapidly increasing number of clients. The staff at DenverWorks is passionate about serving all who come through our doors! We outgrew our old office some time ago and it was time to make the move. Of course, increased space means increased cost. With the enthusiastic support of our board, we took the leap of faith to the new office, knowing that God would continue to provide supporters with a passion for our mission.
- It is our goal in 2010 to also increase staff. We are in need of an additional full-time client manager. Our client managers pour themselves into each person they serve with a desire to see as many as possible succeed. Bringing in another experienced professional would bring each client manager's caseload to a manageable level, allowing them to provide the best possible service to every DenverWorks client.
In celebration of our 15th year, DenverWorks is taking The Leap. This campaign is designed to raise the funds needed to make these dreams a reality.
