| Jenifer Reynolds, Acting Executive Director Jenifer is a graduate of the Institute of Prison Ministries credential program at Wheaton College with an emphasis on reentry leadership and restorative justice practices; she also holds an associate's degree in social human services. Jenifer has over ten years of management experience, and worked as Director of DenverWorks' 2nd Chance Program since 2008. She previously served as Project Coordinator for the Community Reentry Project and as Homeless Shelter Coordinator for DU's Center for Community Engagement. Jenifer is passionate for serving others, strategic planning, and community networking.

| Anna Aragon, Employment Ready Program Director Anna has over 25 years of experience in human resources, office administration, and management in the corporate and nonprofit sectors. She recently completed coursework certification as a Global Career Development Facilitator. She has been with DenverWorks for twelve years providing client management, training, job development and program oversight. Anna is a Denver native, resides in the community she serves, and is fluently bilingual in Spanish.

| Deb Brannan, Operations Director Deb holds a bachelor's degree in Biblical studies and earned her master’s degree in counseling from Denver Seminary. She is a National Certified Counselor. Prior to joining DenverWorks, Deb served in the fields of publishing, education administration, human resources, and crisis counseling. She joined the DenverWorks team ten years ago and served as client manager and trainer prior to becoming operations director.

| Melanie Hanson, Accounting Specialist Ms. Hanson earned her master’s degree in international development from the University of Denver in 1999, and has been with DenverWorks for over ten years. She has worked for various nonprofits in program coordination, grant writing, and bookkeeping.

Interns:
Michael Banks Michael interns with DenverWorks through Metro State College's Department of Human Services. He assists in the 2nd Chance program by providing training and case management services to clients. I truly believe that I was guided to DenverWorks and am blessed to be embraced by the DenverWorks family. I meet each day knowing that there is a very real opportunity to make a genuine and lasting difference in the life of another human being with the help and Love of the Lord.
Mari Espinoza Mari is our Clothing/Donations Intern through the Jefferson County Work Experience program. In addition to her duties with the clothing closets, she provides receptionist coverage at our front desk. I am privileged to work at DenverWorks where I can grow as an individual through learning how to give more of myself to those in need. My job enables me to sow into the lives of people facing hardships and making great strides toward independence from poverty, labels, and their past.
Crescent Williams Crescent comes to DenverWorks through Emily Griffith Opportunity School's internship program. She provides clerical assistance to the Employment Ready Program. I am happy for the opportunity to become a part of this organization. I enjoy helping DenverWorks help people in need.

Contractors: Angela Christensen, Media and Special Projects Angela works with the DenverWorks staff to support our fundraising events and publications. Angela was previously the Executive Assistant to Colorado’s Lieutenant Governor and is a graduate of Colorado Christian University. Ken Roberts, IT Specialist Ken has over 30 years of experience in the IT field. He has been serving DenverWorks for over ten years, overseeing all computer applications and teaching the Essentials computer classes.
